The Company's **core services include research, publications and organizing forums for decision-makers in the industry**. In line with our expansion into new market segments and region, we are looking for high-calibre individuals for the following position.

**Senior Writer/Senior Research Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake market research studies on a country and regional level;
- Collect data from primary and secondary sources, such as surveys, financial statement reports and internal databases.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders;
- Utilize research findings and data analysis to develop forecasts and projections related to retail banking on an industry and financial institution level;
- Contribute to the reputation of the Company and its research business through all forms of client
- Design questionnaire/survey according to the scope of work required, conduct interviews with industry players to collate required data and information and developing excellent powerpoint presentation to share its findings;
- Contribute to the reputation of the Company and its research business through all forms of client contact, speaking engagements, press interviews and general availability for marketing and related activities.

Core Skills:

- The ability to collect, process and draw meaningful insights is essential that are valid and reliable;
- The ability to visualize macro, market and operational developments in the industry;
- Proficiency in interpreting data sets, including financial statements, market research reports, and customer data;
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in technology and other areas of business vertical TABGlobal operates in;
KPIs:

- You will be measured by the ability to do research, write research reports and produce high quality content;
- The number of research content produced in the form of research reports, notes and presentation decks;
- The quality of research reports and presentations via factors evaluation such as clarity, depth of analysis, actionable insights and adherence to prescribed formats or templates;
- Timeliness of deliverables by delivering projects or reports on time;
- The number of industry stakeholders that have been engaged with over a period of time. conferences.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a recognised degree (Masters preferred);
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills is a must;
- Demonstrate strong aptitude and 3-6 years proven work experience as a Research Professional in the financial services;
- Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly analyse trends;
- Strong skills in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint software;
- Able to formulate, execute and to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Must be a team-player.

- Monday to Friday
