**The Deutsche Bank Internship Programme**:
The Deutsche Bank Internship Programme is designed to help you develop your skills through formal training and continuous support. You’ll feel supported by colleagues from across our business and start to develop your professional network.**About the business division**:

- The Fixed Income & Currencies Quantitative Trading team is responsible for the Bank’s electronic liquidity provision of flow products to our global customer base. Products traded include FX spot and forwards; Interest rate swaps; government, corporate, and municipal bonds. The team is broadly responsible for the design of cutting edge proprietary quantitative models that drive our trading systems, the oversight of day-to-day risk and operations, and the optimisation of client liquidity relationships in a data-driven manner.

**Division specifics about the intern role**:
Your internship starts with up to a week of valuable training and an introduction to Deutsche Bank, you’ll then be placed directly into a team based on your skills, studies and interests.-
- You may find yourself working on one large project for the entire internship or a series of smaller projects, much as you would do as a full-time member of the team. Get ready to use your quantitative and programming skills to provide impactful research and implement real solutions.You’ll also be exposed to a fast-paced, and agile culture giving you the opportunity to meet and engage with leaders across the organisation.- Most importantly, you’ll understand and begin to develop the skills and expertise required to build a successful career with us.**What we look for**:
