Our client is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Cloud analyst to join their Singapore operations. You will be required to look after their organization's hybrid IT infrastructure, with a focus on our Azure cloud environment. Your key responsibility will be to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of their technology systems, as well as providing technical support and expertise to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor the organization's hybrid IT infrastructure, including on-premises systems and Azure cloud services.
- Implement and maintain Azure cloud solutions, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security configurations.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as patching, updates, and backups, to ensure the reliability and availability of systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure and cloud services, both proactively and reactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and implement technology solutions that meet their needs.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions to improve the organization's infrastructure and operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in project planning and execution, including migrations, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Strong understanding of hybrid IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, storage, virtualization, and security.
- Experience with Azure services, such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Security Center.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar are a plus.
