**Position Summary**
This position provides an essential role to support the strategic accounts team by managing a mix of new sales qualification and existing account growth in the APAC and EMEA region. You will be working with various teams across departments and facilitate internal tasks to ensure that customers’ projects are deployed without issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills will be required and a proactive, customer-focused approach through disciplined account management will support revenue growth and robust commercial partnerships.
We are looking for someone who has enthusiasm for career growth within the company as this is a dynamic position that has the potential for you to learn skills in account management and sales and later take on more responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create quotes and proposals and be responsible for follow up, communication with the client and organizing logistics with supply chain team.
- Support account management in meetings, taking down meeting mins, recording action items and sharing details after meeting close
- Understanding of customer’s projects and timelines and develop project plan drafts and work with the account manager to validate them
- Review internal data and support KPIs to to produce customer reports that support billing and strategic meetings.
- Manage incoming sales leads for APAC, gather requirements and schedule appointments for qualified leads.
- Coordinate with multiple departments and teams to facilitate projects, shipping and billing.
- Handle any administrative tasks related to the customer’s portfolio
- Understanding of our products and processes to deliver excellent customer experience
- Assist in marketing activities such as trade shows and regional campaigns.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Diploma in Business, Marketing or IT preferred but not essential.
- Minimum 2 years of Account Management or relevant experience required.
- Be open to and available to travel overseas
- Proven work experience as an account manager or in a customer relationship role
- Be able to demonstrate good organization skills, ability to manage time and multiple work tasks.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) software and account management systems will be a plus.
- Proficient in MS office with particular focus on Excel and Powerpoint.
- Client focused attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take a range of tasks and prioritize based on time, customer needs and business needs.
