**Who We’re Looking For**

Integra Partners is seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to join the team. As a relatively small but growing team, this is a great opportunity to work across the entire organisation and to get exposure to everything from finance, operations, fund reporting, fund raising, community and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities include:

- Working with our fund administrator on fund accounting and reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. This will also include work on capital calls, distributions and quarterly reporting to investors.
- Working with our investment team on fund reporting and the calculation of key performance metrics.
- Collaborating with our legal team to liaise with regulators and to prepare necessary regulatory returns/filings.
- Collaborate with external auditors and service providers on the annual audit and tax related matters.
- Collaborate with service providers on the preparation and submission of GST returns, withholding tax, income tax returns etc.
- Maintain treasury of Integra entities e.g payments, cash flow, expenses etc.
- Operational support on all matters relating to the Integra business.

A bonus if you're keen on/have experience with:

- Assisting on the preparation of investor relations communication and marketing materials including presentations, monthly newsletters, and website content.
- Assisting with community building, marketing and social media (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Assisting with website, Medium, BuzzSprout (Podcast) management.

**Desired Skill Set, Attributes and Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or commerce, with approximately 2 to 4+ years of audit, fund admin or general accounting experience.
- Experience working within asset management (e.g. VC, PE, Hedge Fund) would be ideal.
- Able to navigate complexity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
