Administrative Officer

Job Descriptions:
- Prepare Purchase Order and liaise with Finance of supplier invoices and payment
- Coordinate with forwarders to schedule shipments & handle import and export documentation
- Administrative works to support HR, marketing and manufacturing team
- Support accounting works such as invoicing, petty cash & payment
- General administrative duties, data entry, clerical work, printing and filing duties
- Ensure cleanliness of the working environment & stock up pantry
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- At least O level
- Accounting knowledge
- Experience in import and export documentation and shipping procedures
- Prior experience in manufacturing operations
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (to handle enquiries, feedbacks and questions from English and Mandarin speaking associates)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office related IT skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and adapt to changes
- Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible, meticulous, result oriented and independent
