The Deputy Production Manager is responsible for running his production line, including all incoming, in process and outgoing works for all products and materials. Reporting to Production Manager.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

- To perform optimal planning & forecasting of raw material requirement and forecast manpower planning for production line.
- To assist Production Manager in managing a team of engineers, supervisors, and workers in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components
- To meet and coordinate between Planning team, Quality Control team, Sub-contractor, technical team, Material Procurement and clients to ensure smooth production
- To monitor/control material usage & wastage
- To ensure end product meets projects/clients quality requirements and specifications
- Follow up on preventive measures and corrective action taken
- Adherence to Safety Practices in the work place

**Requirement**:

- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in precast segments and at least 4 years in the production of tunnel lining for at least 2 civil projects.
- Ability to work as a team member
- Prior experience in PPVC projects will be an added advantage

**Technical Competencies**
- Proficient in interpreting all production-related drawings
