Contact Centre Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Contact Centre Executive to join our team. As a Resume Enhancer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn an allowance of up to 1K. If you possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.
**Overview**:
- 5 work's day (4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend)
- Attractive Basic + Shift Allowance
- Structure training provided
- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
**Job Requirement**:
- Previous customer service experience in Call Centre have added an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in fast pace environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
