**What the role is**
- The intern will work with the corporate communications team to create and maintain corporate website in collaboration with IT.
**Digital Marketing Communications**
**Project Description**:
The intern will work with the corporate communications team to create and maintain corporate website in collaboration with IT. He/She will be tasked for the day-to-day management of website, ensuring contents are updated. He/She will engage and interact with stakeholders with the aim of enhancing Tote Board’s website accessibility and functionality to enhance Tote Board’s brand equity and positioning.
The intern will be required to:
- Work closely with the corporate communications team to curate engaging content for the corporate website for web optimisation
- Identify and optimise SEO competitive keywords to improve landing pages ranking through utilisation of keywords search tools
- Address usability findings and feedback to improve corporate website
- Ensure best SEO practices is optimised to build and develop strong traffic flow on the corporate website
- Using analytic tools to improve traffic growth and landing page ranking
- Conduct usability checks on website for optimisation
- Support the team in other communications-related tasks if the need arises
Key project deliverables* include, but is not limited to:
- Perform content management for the corporate website for best functionality and optimisation
- Curate concise information on Tote Board’s grantmaking work and impact giving of beneficiaries and the community

**Project Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative self-starter who is also a good team player
- A self-starter who is passionate about design particularly for websites and social media graphics
- Familiar and knowledgeable with Google Analytics, Google Search and SEO related tools.
- Background in Communications Studies, Communications and New Media or IT students
- Available for a minimum of 8 weeks
- Preferred profile of Interns: Year 2 or 3, IT, Communications and New Media students

- Experience a spectrum of communications-related tasks working in a corporate communications team.
- Exposure to and appreciation of public communications in the public service and non-profit sector
