Assistant Vice President, Asset Management

The function of asset management is to establish and implement detailed business plans & budgets and asset management strategies to meet all performance objectives and maximize total returns. The individual will communicate and collaborate frequently with all other members of the team and other departments to ensure decisions are consistent with the overall investment and business/asset strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend strategies to maximize performance and enhance assets- Formulate action plans with marketing and property management to meet the strategies developed- Assess revenues and expenses with review of actual performance against budget and strategies- Prepare budgets and periodic forecasts relating to net property income and capital expenditure of Keppel REIT portfolio- Monitor progress of asset enhancement works and to oversee and coordinate the actions of the property manager- Consolidate and analyse data at individual property and portfolio level for periodic and ad hoc result announcements / investor meetings- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports outlining performance by property and portfolio levels for internal management/trustee- Assist in preparation of company annual reports and circulars- Manage data for sustainability reporting, safety performance and other green initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent from a good university
- Prior experience in asset management in office sector and operations
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
- Good report writing, verbal, financial modelling and presentation skills
- Independent and able to work under tight deadlines
