**Role Description**:
The Asset Management Team executes the growth strategies for portfolio companies of ISQ and manages the operating risks of ISQ’s portfolio companies throughout the full investment life cycle in conjunction with other partners in ISQ from Legal, Compliance and Finance.

ISQ is looking to recruit a Vice President, Asset Management in I Squared Capital’s Singapore office who will be intricately involved in post-investment asset management support to investee companies and sale of investments. The hire will serve as an operating lead to primarily focus on scaling, value creation, performance and operations of the Port Co and takes more direct lead with the portfolio companies over time enabling the Investment Lead to focus on core objectives

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct industry research and collect data on competitors and marketplace
- Assist with growth initiatives to include more acquisitions and partnership identification strategies. Identify, research, and develop new opportunities/business ventures that fall within and outside of existing lines of business
- Provide competitive analysis on various portfolio companies’ market offerings, identify market trends (e.g., pricing/business models, key growth metrics, competitive benchmarks)
- Partner closely with portfolio leads to help supplement key initiatives with markets insights & data to assess and develop their growth potential, effectiveness and performance.
- Gather and interpret data, execute analysis, and consolidate information into actionable playbooks or case studies
- Define, track, and analyse KPIs to measure commercial success of each program / initiative
- Manage portfolio company reporting, including quarterly and limited partner (LP) reporting
- Evaluation of investment opportunities including research, deal analysis and diligence including preparing financial model and investment committee presentations
- Liaise with ISQ’s internal stakeholders such as Legal, Tax, Finance, Secretarial and Investment Teams from other geographies to build the investment thesis
- Provide strategic support for portfolio companies, such as developing suitable alliances, raising new debt and equity, and providing input on strategic initiatives
- Have a strong consistent academic track record from premier institute.
- 15+ years of experience in investment banking/Asset management with 5 years of experience in Infrastructure asset management in global private equity space
- Be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to handle multiple projects at a time
- Be confident and self-aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have a strong work ethic to persevere; genuine passion for excellence; results-oriented
- Demonstrable skillsets in documentation, financial modelling, presentation and negotiations
- Cultural sensitivity, with ability to interact effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and multi-cultural environments
- Preferably based out of Singapore
