Job Responsibilities:

- **Strategically Manage and Organize P2P Business Operations**:

- Oversee the daily activities of the P2P team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, maintain performance excellence, and align the team’s objectives with the company’s broader goals.
- **Optimize P2P Merchant Management and Performance Processes**:

- Create robust systems for recruiting, onboarding, and managing P2P merchants.
- Establish fair and effective frameworks to assess merchant performance and uphold high standards of service and trust within the ecosystem.
- **Enhance P2P Product Offerings and Features**:

- Collaborate with product teams to refine existing P2P features and develop new tools that cater to user needs.
- Ensure products remain competitive, secure, reliable, and scalable.
- **Improve the Overall P2P User Experience**:

- Continuously analyze user feedback and market data to identify pain points and implement solutions.
- Streamline processes to deliver a secure, efficient, and intuitive user journey for all P2P stakeholders.
- **Develop and Execute Targeted P2P Marketing Campaigns**:

- Design and execute marketing strategies that effectively promote P2P products.
- Work with marketing teams to attract new users, retain existing ones, and drive engagement in target markets.

Job Requirements:

- **Extensive Industry Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the fiat currency or P2P business sector.
- A deep understanding of market trends, operational challenges, and user needs is essential.
- **Leadership in Top-Tier Cryptocurrency Exchanges**:

- At least 2 years of experience managing P2P teams at leading exchanges, showcasing the ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable results.
- **Bilingual Proficiency**:

- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with global teams, partners, and customers.
