**JOBSCOPE**
- Responsible for the product management of all Mechatronic products of SEW Singapore.
- Actively monitor and support the sales department to achieve the annual company targets in the field of Mechatronic products.
- Act as point of contact between SEW-Eurodrive worlwide offices for Mechatronic products.
- Manage relevant documentation (incl. user manuals, success stories, technical specs etc.) and provide Ad-hoc reporting for relevant product groups
- Supporting marketing campaigns, e.g. through directmarketing, by participating in trade shows or creating marketing materials.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements / innovation needs
- Develop and build demonstration systems (prototypes) for the purpose of in-house evaluation and testing them.
- Customize existing Mechatronic products to customer's external conditions.
- Develop new business opportunities through reviewing industry trends and understanding industry needs in the market.
- Create feasibility analysis and evaluation of future product ideas for executives.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance to foster long-term partnerships.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and provicre technical training modules for your customers.
- Provide guidance on how to integrate the product seamlessly into existing products / workflows.
- Carry out customer visits and present customised solutions to your problems.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their evolving technical needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Degree in Mechatronics or,
- Diploma in Mechatronics with 1-2 years relevant work experiences.
- Independent, responsible and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work.
- Results oriented and prepared for job challenges.
- Technically inclined.
- Willing to travel regionally.
- Experience with CAD drawing tools / FEM analysis software is preferred.
- Competent in presentation / report writing skills in order to present to clients and internal employees.
