**Responsibilities**
- Guide, lead, and mentor designers and interns in terms of art and creative direction
- Collaborate with content strategists and planners to create content and designs
- Support the agency in clients’ needs to develop creative briefs and produce solutions
- Conceptualize, direct, and produce visuals, videos, and campaigns

**Key expectations**
- You will be leading a team of designers and intern.
- You will be part of an integrated team with a planner, content strategist, writer. This team works on marketing clients as well as other integrated clients with the corporate communications team.
- You will be taking on a diverse portfolio that includes videos, animations, social, web, as well as print.
- You will be required to give creative direction and ideas, and be hands-on from conception, production, to delivery.
- You will be involved in new business opportunities and participate in internal presentations as well as client-facing pitches.
- You will be working closely as a team and be required to take initiative to support various aspects of the team where possible.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 4 - 6 years as an Art Director in an agency setting
- Diploma/Deg in Graphic Design
- Proficient technical skills on design software
- Portfolio of social campaigns, activation campaigns as well as lead gen campaigns
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing will be an advantage

Hybrid WFH

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
