**Job responsibilities**:

- Lead recruitment of participants
- Conduct focus groups with vulnerable and general populations to design protocols for nature-based interventions to improve mental health and wellbeing
- Lead analysis, interpretation and presentation of qualitative data
- Contribute to planning and design of online surveys and support data collection
- Contribute to discussions and wider project planning
- Assist with obtaining informed consent in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Responsible conduct of research (RCR) guidelines and the Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Sciences)
- Proven experience in qualitative research methods
- Knowledge of qualitative analysis software (e.g. NVivo)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills with enthusiastic demeanour
- Highly motivated, problem-solver with creative mindset
- A team player with an ability to work independently
- Willing to work on evenings and/or weekends to accommodate data collection
- Fast learner
- Experience with quantitative research methods is advantageous
