We are looking for a Regional Senior HRBP to collaborate with our leadership team to spearhead people programs and strategies to make Reebelo a great place to work. You will be part of the core team and will have a direct impact on creating a company culture where our talent thrives.

**Your typical day may include**:

- Reporting to Chief People Officer, your role as Regional Senior HRBP is key to driving full spectrum HR topics across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, ANZ and USA, actively partnering with the leadership team and business to drive organizational success and engagement.
- Deeply involved in the architectural design and implementation of key HR domains of expertise such as:
1. Strategic HR (Workforce Planning, Change Management)

2. Talent Management (Goal Setting, Performance Management and Career Development);

3. Organizational Design (Competency Framework Development, Career Pathways, Job Evaluation, Job Grades)

4. Total Rewards (Salary Range Structure, Salary Increment, Short-term Incentives & Variable Pay, Sales Incentive)

5. Learning and Development (Training Curriculum, Leadership Development)

6. Culture Discovery, Transformation and Integration

7. Branding Reebelo as the Employer of Choice

**We’d love to have a chat with you if you have the following**:

- Expertise in people/ HR policies & procedures with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable HR solutions, particularly in the areas of Organizational Design and Total Rewards
- Professionally certified in HR methodologies (preferred)
- 8+ or more years of HR experience in a high-growth startup/ fast-paced matrix environment.
- A structured thought process with a warm and pleasant personality.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent education.
