**工作职责**

**Responsibilities**:
1. 负责制定本部门年度工作计划，管理本部门的日常工作。

Responsible for the annual work plan and overall management and operations of the department.

2. 负责定期审查和完善本部门相关的规章制度和操作流程。

Responsible for regularly review and improvement of the relevant policies and operational procedures of the department.

3. 负责监督和管理物料备件和修理检验业务的实施，合理控制成本，确保产品和服务质量。

Responsible for supervising and managing the implementation of material spare parts, repair and inspection business, cost control, and assurance of quality of products and services.

4. 审批业务单据，监督本部门应收和应付账款的执行情况。

Approval and monitor the execution of accounts receivable and payable in the department.

5. 在必要时，为客户提供登船内审、安全检查、修理监督等技术支持。

Provide technical support such as onboard audits, safety inspections, and repair supervision for clients when necessary.

6. 探索新的业务机会，建立和维护与客户的良好关系，拓展市场份额。

Continuously explore new business opportunities, establish and maintain good relationships with clients, and expand market share.

7. 定期审核供应商资源，持续开发优质供应商，提升部门核心竞争力。

Regularly review supplier resources, continuously develop high-quality suppliers, and enhance the core competitiveness of the department.

8. 协调处理业务活动中的争议。

Coordinate and resolve disputes in business activities with customers and service providers.

9. 负责定期进行客户满意度调查，并根据客户反馈情况制定相应的措施以有效提升客户满意度。

Responsible for conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys and implementing corresponding measures based on customer feedback to effectively improve customer satisfaction.

10. 完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by company management.

**Requirements**:
1. 海事相关专业专科以上学历；

Poly tech degree or above in maritime related majors.

2. 具有不同类型船舶的修理、检验、 供应、检查等相关专业知识，熟悉掌握了解操作流程。

Possess professional knowledge in the repair, inspection, supply, and examination of different types of vessels, and be familiar with and proficient in operational procedures.

3. 在海事或相关行业拥有8年以上的经验。

8 years and above experience in the Marine or relevant industry.

4. 在管理岗位上有3年以上的经验。

3 years and above in a management position.

5. 轮机长资历优先。

Experience as chief engineer is preferred.

6. 具备较强的中英文听、说、读、写能力。

Bilingual in both Chinese and English. Need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
