**About the job**: Are you a technically savvy professional with deep knowledge of marine sensors, instrumentation, and control systems? Do you understand the dynamics of the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) market and enjoy working with both existing customers and generating new business? Atlas Marine Services Pte Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for a driven and hands-on **Technical Sales Engineer** to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will take ownership of sales activities for our Instrumentation & Control Systems portfolio within the marine industry - supporting key clients and exploring new opportunities in Southeast Asia. You’ll be reporting directly to the Country Manager and will be instrumental in bridging technical expertise with client needs, ensuring high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction. **Your responsibilities**: - Manage and grow a portfolio of existing marine clients. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore and the region. - Understand client needs and propose suitable testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services and products. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation in collaboration with internal teams. - Maintain strong market knowledge and monitor industry trends. - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. - Collaborate closely with operations and service teams to ensure smooth project execution. **Who you are**: - A Singapore Citizen with a technical background (Engineering, Marine Electronics, Instrumentation or similar). - "Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marine Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Marine Electronics, or a related technical field." - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical sales within the marine or offshore industry. - Familiar with the TIC industry - experience with classification societies, port authorities, or inspection bodies is a plus. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented. - Willing to travel within the region occasionally, as needed. **What we offer**: - Gross salary of up to SGD 6,000, depending on experience and qualifications - Dynamic and supportive working environment - Opportunity to work with a respected name in the marine services industry - Exposure to international clients and leading marine technologies - Ongoing professional development and training opportunities - A chance to grow with a company passionate about maritime excellence
