**In this role, you will**:

- Develop expertise and answer client queries across the areas of trade operations, cash and position reconciliations, derivative operations, corporate action processing and other workflows in the operations space
- Build strong working relationships internal stakeholders and cross regional teams while communicating and explaining new Aladdin capabilities to clients
- Use technology to solve problems - we will teach you the skills you need to succeed, such as maneuvering relational databases and parsing product logs
- Educate users, leverage service insights, and relay user experience feedback to improve the customer experience and our product
- Work on a global team, with a local presence - you will get to work with teams across the world, while still engaging with a vibrant local team

**You have**:

- 1+ years experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a role involving trade operations, cash/position reconciliations, derivative operations, or corporate action processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with third party technology platforms and parties such as DTCC, IHS Markit, and AcadiaSoft
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, positive attitude, and drive
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to tailor approach to all corporate levels
- Proficiency in technology, diagnosing root causes, and problem solving
- An ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

**You may have**:

- Served as a provider or market practitioner in the areas of portfolio management, trading, investment operations, investment accounting, risk management, or data warehousing
- Experience with query languages and databases
