SCMP is the leading news publisher in Asia with a growing footprint across the globe. We now reach more than 30m readers per month. We have an opening for a Senior Campaign Executive role within the Business operations team to propel our data led campaign management approach.

As a Campaign Manager you will report to the Manager, Campaign Operations, Working alongside a team of campaign activation managers, and the revenue operations team. Your primary goal will be to ensure world class customer service and deliver campaigns with KPI beating results. You will also explore and pilot new digital marketing techniques to uplift the bar for campaigns. Proactively working to ensure that the tools and process in place are fit for purpose suggesting changes and enhancements where required.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure all campaigns are booked accurately and meet the clients objectives, starting in the pre-sales stage all the way through to campaign conclusion.
- Flawlessly execute campaigns while generating ideas on how to meet all booked revenue goals and ensure customer success.
- Own day-to-day campaign material trafficking, scheduling, optimization of display, video
- Communicate with stakeholders on campaign progress or technical issues.
- Monitor campaign performance including troubleshooting, reporting, pacing and tracking progress through mid-campaign analysis.
- Drive process efficiency with the continuous review of work flows.
- Assist with campaign optimization and billing reconciliation.

Job Requirements:

- Strong working knowledge of digital AdTech including - Google Ad Manager, social media platforms etc.
- Great communication and be able to build working relationships both internally and externally
- Minimum-2 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising operations
- Must be a team player and have the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience trafficking and optimization performance display, video and social campaigns.
- Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills; sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software quickly.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.

Work location will be at Singapore office.
