- Support Manager on analysis of results of the affiliates in the APME zone, and highlighting reasons of variance versus budget figures
- Providing accurate reporting of results, analysis of business gaps through pricing and costing analysis to improve margin of Specialties team
- Margin analysis of key accounts to review performances
- Identify and prioritise critical areas for analysis to improve business performance
- Monitoring and evaluating tender success rate

Pricing
- Provide cost & pricing support for Lubricants and B2B key tenders
- Provide cost & pricing support for Commercial team and selected Affiliates

Yearly LTP/Budget Exercise (with focus on Lubricants)
- Develop and update the spreadsheets used for the Long Term Plan and Budget exercise
- Collate and update information from affiliates and commercial team
- Assist the Business Support Manager in gap analysis of actual results versus LTP & Budget numbers
- Assist in data management and ensure data integrity

Support
- Improve pricing process workflow with automation and software tools to increase efficiency and accuracy (with focus on Lubes & B2B)
- Review and optimise SAP workflow to be in line with business needs
- Track and analyze tenders outcome to identify factors that resulted in success or failures of bids
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics (preferably with financial analysis experience)
- Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI and Business Intelligence Tools
- Preferably with SAP experience
- Independent, motivated, and team player
- Strong analytical and communication skills
