Singapore TP ICAP Full time

Trintech Project: Implementation, Reporting and Controls
- Liaise with Local Finance Directors / Financial Controllers on project roll-out requirements and deliverables
- Coordinate for monthly/quarterly and yearly reporting and sign-off of Trintech attestations for all APAC service centers.
- Coordinate for monthly reporting of Trintech Certification - BS Recon
- Coordinate for UAT, training and sign-off implementation of Trintech Certification - Phase 3-4
- Assist in user training for Trintech Compliance and Certification Modules across APAC region Super User and Admin for Trintech Modules (acct assignments, user password reset etc) Maintain Preparer/Reviewer database for Trintech Compliance Module
- Maintain Reconciler/Reviewer database for Trintech Certification Module
- Coordinate with UK Risk Implementation team on system set-up and highlights issues and involve in system enhancement/improvements
- Timely reporting and highlight to APAC FLT on issues and gaps requiring further action.

Risk 2.0 and Metrics - Implementation, Reporting and Controls
- Liaise with Local FD/FCs on project roll-out requirements and deliverables
- Coordinate for attestations and sign-off of Half-yearly Riskonnect Risk Assessment
- Coordinate on implementation of Risk Remediation Action Plan across Asia Pacific
- Assist in Cash Reporting Project roll-out (Bottomline)
- Assist in roll-out of other risk projects Assist in review of RMS Control (Risk Management Standards)
- Escalate and enrich on risk events relating to Finance functions for all APAC entities
- Coordinate and update Risk metrics reporting relating to Finance across APAC entities
- Assist in roll-out of any Risk system relating to Risk metric reporting

Project/Others
- Participate in system and other projects where required and to contribute actively with an aim to roll out deliverables on time and successfully
- Identify, recommend and implement measures to improve workflow/internal control processes

Risk Control
- To ensure financial controls and risk controls procedures are being complied with at all times

- Effective communication skills, with good interpersonal skills

- Strong appreciation of data reconciliations
- Strong mindset of controls
- Experience with Finance Systems will be a plus point
