Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the daily administrative works
- To maintain proper data entries, filing of accounting books & records.
- Process documents, Invoicing, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders etc.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
**Requirements**:
- ITE, Diploma
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Words and powerpoint
- Pleasant personality and able to work independently
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skill
- 5 days working week
- Working hours: 8.30m to 5.30pm
