People and Culture Specialist

We are looking to hire someone who can improve how our people work, behave, engage and grow with us through human resource policies and programs that will help weave the overall cultural fabric within Crown Digital and lead to an employee experience that attracts and retains the right talent. Your detailed roles and responsibilites includes and are not limited to
- Work closely with the leadership team in creating a culture that attracts and retains high-caliber talents across the organisation;
- Play a key role in collaboration with business leaders to develop and execute People and Culture strategies and activities that foster growth, drive results, increase employee satisfaction and sense of belonging, and increase organisational effectiveness;
- Lead the strategic discussions and implementation of important initiatives in employer branding, employee engagement & motivation, employee/manager career development, performance management, benefits & compensation, diversity & inclusion, safety, wellness, etc;
- Oversee the smooth execution of day-to-day people operations and processes to ensure high quality delivery of related processes;
- Champion company culture, values & missions, and employee engagement practices to align with company goals.
- Read and understand the broader business environment and provide expert and informed analysis and strategic advice to ongoing operations and expected decisions
- High level analysis of key people data and trends in support of strategic priorities, advising an appropriate course of action as required.
**Crown Digital is looking for someone who**:
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related/equivalent field
- Has 8 years of relevant work experience in HR management roles ideally in the tech industry
- Organisational psychology expertise preferred
- Has track record of developing positive organisational/culture change initiatives
- Has proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategy
- Possesses strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Has a strategic mindset with a relentless focus on execution
- Is collaborative, has a personable style with strong analytical skills
- Has a strong desire to build relationships, work as a team, keep a positive attitude and embody the values of Crown Digital
