Company Introduction

Our company is headquartered in Tianjin, China. Our flagship education program was established in 1999, and over the past two decades, it has expanded to nearly 1,000 cities and counties across 31 provinces in China, providing high-quality Chinese language education to more than 200,000 students.

In 2022, we established our overseas branch in Singapore. We currently operate two campuses located in Kallang and Jurong East, offering Chinese language courses and a variety of Chinese cultural enrichment activities for students aged 6 to 14.

(一) 全职中文教师(建议薪资:

岗位职责:

1. 负责教授中文课程;

2. 认真参加公司组织的集体创课、备课、教研、过课,不断提升专业水平和授课技巧;

3. 策划、批改各类学生作业及测试,保证教学效果;

4. 积极配合线上团队工作,齐心协力解决学生的各类学习问题并协助与家长沟通,提高家长对学校的满意度;

5. 配合参加与华文学习相关的活动;

任职要求:

1. 新加坡公民或永久居民优先;

2. 新加坡本地大学毕业,本科及以上学历;

3. 熟悉新加坡小学及中学教育升学体系并有相关中文教学经验;

4. 相貌端庄,性格开朗、举止大方得体,普通话标准并具备双语能力(英文与华文);

5. 热爱教育事业,具有良好的沟通能力,工作主动积极,抗压能力强,有责任心。

Full-Time Chinese Language Teacher

Responsibilities

● Teach Chinese language classes and ensure high-quality lessons.

● Take part in curriculum planning, lesson preparation and internal training to improve teaching standards.

● Prepare, assign and mark homework and assessments to monitor students' progress.

● Work closely with the online support team to address students' learning needs and assist with parent communication.

● Support and participate in Chinese language–related school events and activities.

Requirements

● Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

● Bachelor's degree or above from a local Singapore university.

● Familiar with the Chinese language curriculum within Singapore's primary and secondary school system; relevant teaching experience is an advantage.

● Well-groomed, cheerful and professional; speaks standard Mandarin; bilingual in English and Mandarin.

● Passionate about education, responsible, proactive, able to handle pressure, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
