- Be crystal clear on what you want and celebrating your wins along the wayJob Description: - Lead and manage full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, business partnering, succession planning, compensation and benefits, learning and organization development, employee relations and communications
- Implement effective HR strategies and provide holistic perspective on talent alignment to the business strategy
- Responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and processes within the statutory requirements
- Develop and implement succession planning and talent development including workforce planning, leadership and employee development
- Oversees talent assessment and build a strong employee relations strategy
- Identify training needs of the employee and design Learning and Development framework based on the needs of the organization
- Proactively scouring through different issues and utilize employee data insights to drive organizational strategy
- Maintain effective relationships with the department heads and senior management, and provide support to the HR team on day-to-day HR administration activitiesBasic Requirements: - Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related fields
- Minimum 6-10 years of relevant working experience will be preferred
- Good knowledge and understanding of full spectrum of HR- Good understanding of industry context and local labour legislation
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
