We have an opportunity for a Technical Service Technician to join our regional team based in Singapore.
About the Role:
Join Solenis as a Field Service Technician and play a key part in keeping customer operations running smoothly. You’ll be hands-on with water treatment programs—testing, monitoring, and ensuring equipment and chemical solutions perform at their best. If you enjoy solving problems on-site and building strong customer relationships, this role is your chance to make a real impact.
What the Role Involves:
- Provide field service support for water treatment- Provide testing and on-site water management services at customers plants- Check chemical dosing and monitoring equipment and carry out repair when necessary- Carry out disinfection of cooling towers- Conduct site survey and obtain samples for laboratory analysis- Maintain housekeeping at allocated areas within customer premises
What You’ll Bring to Us:
- Higher NITEC qualifications.- 1-2 years’ experience in cooling/boiler water treatment field service (fresh graduates also considered; training provided)- Strong understanding of plant equipment and chemical treatment programs.- Customer-oriented with ability to support account managers/engineers in program start-up and troubleshooting.- Computer literate: Class 3 Driving License required.
