Job Title: Shift Technician (No Experience Required) – ID1452

Location: From Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal

Working Hours:

  • Work 4 days work off 3 days rotating schedule
  • 12 Hours day & night shift
  • Monthly rotation between day and night shift

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: $2,500 – $3000
  • Fixed Allowance: $765
  • Shift Allowance: $18 per day shift, $38 per night shift
  • Gross Salary: Up to $3,500 – $4,000/month

Additional Benefits:

  • Annual Leave: 15 days
  • AWS (13th month bonus)
  • Variable Bonus
  • Medical Claims: Spouse & Children up to $500/year
  • Annual Salary Increment
  • Salary adjustment after probation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform plant operations in accordance with SOPs
  • Handle equipment setup and changes for product transfers
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and perform minor troubleshooting
  • On-the-job and site training will be provided

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification : O-Level and above
  • Able to perform shift work, field work, and overtime
  • Candidates must be residing in Singapore
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided
