**What You Will Do**:

- Set-up and operate on CNC 3 or 5 axis machines.
- Perform manual deburring, blending and general inspection.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machines.
- Read and follow established procedures and work instructions.
- Perform risk assessment and take corrective actions as well as preventive measures.
- Maintain day to day 6S lean activities to create a safe work environment.
- Work cross functional to support the various manufacturing processes.
- Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
- Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications You Must Have**:

- Diploma or NITEC in Precision, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in operate CNC or Conventional machining with general inspection skills.
- Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with the tools and equipment.
- Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Meticulous with an eye for details and adopts a hands-on approach.
- Willing to work **permanent Night Shift** and overtime on need basis.

**Qualifications We Prefer**:

- Relevant experience in 5 axis CNC machining.
- Relevant experience in Tool setting, Zoller measurement.
- Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience.
