**Designation: Technician (Manufacturing/Service)
- The Technician will operate equipment and use tools to manufacture medical devices/water products as per established processes.
- Follow detailed assembly/servicing instructions, processes, and procedures to correctly assemble medical devices/water products.
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements of Company Quality System.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Production Supervisor/Manager.
- Perform manual assembly/servicing and visual inspection of medical products/water products.
- Complete routine tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing/servicing functions.
- Assist the Service Manager to provide on-site service and technical support to customers including troubleshooting, installing, testing, repairs, and maintenance of medical devices/water products.
- Attend the customer service call at the customer site with mínimal supervision.
- Need to prepare service report based on the service call and follow up accordingly.
- Monitor the service spare parts stock and request accordingly.
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation required.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- NITEC in Engineering certificate or equivalent qualifications.
- 1 year of relevant working experience in an electronics/mechanical manufacturing environment is preferred.

**Key requirements**:

- Physically fit as standing is required during assembly/servicing works.
- Technician is required to refer to English written Work Instructions Manual to perform assembly works.
- Good team player with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Possesses good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate at basic level.

Monday - Friday

8am - 5pm
