**Job Description**:
Position Overview

As a BD intern, you will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Project Management:

- Assist in generating leads through cold calling and other outreach methods.
- Assist in the planning and execution of key initiatives and special projects. This may include:

- Conducting market research and analysis.
- Developing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to drive progress on strategic initiatives.
- Track progress, identify roadblocks, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Assisting in identifying and generating leads through various channels, such as social media, networking events, and online databases.

Communication and Administration:

- Facilitate communication between the executive team and other departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and develop notes of meeting, and follow-up actions.

Ad-hoc Projects:

- Contribute to a variety of projects outside the core responsibilities, such as:

- Assisting with financial data entry and analysis.
- Prepare and organise materials for meetings, presentations, and events.

Other tasks as assigned by the executive team.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree undergraduates
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven intellectual curiosity with a desire to learn and grow.

- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
