**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**: Take charge of the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to construction and handover.
- **Client Engagement**: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded throughout the project.
- **Budget and Resource Management**: Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- **Team Management**: Lead a team of dedicated professionals, including architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and ensuring quality workmanship.
- **Quality Assurance**: Uphold high-quality standards in design, construction, and materials to achieve the desired workplace outcomes.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Vendor and Supplier Coordination**: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials, equipment, and services necessary for project success.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- **Progress Reporting**: Regularly communicate project status and updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- **Innovation and Growth**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency and design innovation.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management in the workplace design and build sector, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of workplace design principles, construction methods, and building regulations in Singapore.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage project budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and stakeholder collaboration.
- PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
