Our Client, in the **Logistics Industry **located **in East / West **has opening for **Logistic Officer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with CSR / transporter on day to day issues & order planning to meet customer’s shipment inbound / outbound requirements.
- Perform cycle count administration & inventory tracking
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
- Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
- Ensure all receiving non-conformances / exceptions reported timely
- Inbound & outbound order processing and shipment booking
- Facilitate cargo release & shipment closure activities Timely delivery of accurate reports & information to various stakeholders

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma holder
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service
- Good in Warehouse Management System and experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners, Ring Scanners
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA)
- Good problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively
- Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning - Detail-oriented, analytical and innovative Adaptable to a fast-moving work environment
