Splunk is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise level support to our customers and partners. This is a very dynamic role where you will provide technical assistance, identify and resolve customer prowork withce with engineering on various product issues, and contribute to projects revolving around support tools, knowledge management, our growing marketplace of solutions, and more.

Responsibilities: I can do that
- Develop a deep understanding of the Splunk and TruStar product ecosystem
- Work directly with customer and partners to provide Cloud support
- Troubleshoot technical issues to establish the root cause of problems and form a solution or workaround across a range of environments
- Update code & Troubleshooting documentation (Runbooks) with steps taken to resolve address customer-reported bugs issues and make needed improvements to integration documentation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in small

**Requirements: Experience with**:

- Client-side technologies such as HTML, HTTP protocol
- Familiarity with Connectors and Python Scripting
- Exposure to Redux, Spark, Postgres and Elasticsearch
- Knowledge of Cloud/New Stack technologies such a AWS
- Exposure/familiarity with REST API,
- Experience working with and troubleshooting APIs / Web-hooks, POSTman
