We are seeking a Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing a company’s interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms’ content strategies. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
- Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest and increasing the interaction and following of the social media accounts.
- Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and public communications
- Optimize Search Engine Optimization driven content and increase the site traffic
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Seek collaborations with KOLs or relevant parties to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor the increase in traffic by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics
- Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
- Work with Graphic designers, Photographers and Videographers to shoot content and oversee completion.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Social media executive/manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills (English and/or Chinese or a 2nd language)
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 3 years (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Copywriting: 3 years (preferred)
- Google Ad Manager: 3 years (preferred)
