**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are on the prowl for more Bears to join us at our Global HQ (AKA Bear Force One) Being a Bear means that you'll be part of a culture that celebrates diversity and is dedicated to making games which make players smile.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Social Media Manager** who is passionate about building and enriching games communities. You will be working with the development team (and our players of course) to ensure that we create the most engaging and exciting experiences for our games.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Working in close collaboration with product marketing managers to strategize and execute on Mighty Bear’s social media needs across all products
- Establishing an editorial content calendar, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners to develop content that entertains, engages, and informs
- Building and maintaining Mighty Bear’s communities on social media & keeping up to date with global market trends in order to produce high-quality content
- If needed, establishing Mighty Bear’s product presence on new social media platforms like Snapchat or TikTok.
- Creating and driving campaigns to increase social engagement and positive sentiment around our games, to help build a healthy and thriving community
- Managing the conversation in collaboration with community managers and develop regular community reports in partnership with them.
- 3-4 years of experience managing and executing on social media brand channels and working cross-functionally with internal team to develop social media campaigns and accompanying assets
- Experience with social media tools such as eClincher, and analytics and reporting from a social media context
- Experience working in small teams, with the drive and ability to work independently where needed

**As a bonus, you would**:

- Experience working on video game or entertainment brands
- Experience working with external creative agencies on social media content/campaigns.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and short notice on pivots
- Deep and current pop culture knowledge
- A love for video games
