**Key Responsibilities**
- To coordinate shipments from overseas for deliveries to the local warehouse or to end customers.
- To assist the customer team in monitoring and liaising with transporters and shipping agents to ensure the necessary permits, licenses and documents are in place to carry out the importation, exportation and local deliveries.
- To support the sales team on the technical aspect and follow up with customers for operating problems.
- To monitor and supervise the first delivery of chemical product delivery at the customers’ site and at the same time conduct an adhoc inspection on the driver.
- To keep track of customers’ orders and dates of delivery, create SO/ DO, prepare invoices for customers, and follow up with customers on quotations.
- To issue PO to supplier, monitor and maintain warehouse stock level in healthy quantity.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
