**RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are looking for passionate people who wants to work with couple and family.

The Counsellor is responsible for facilitating change and improving lives for families facing transitional challenges through the provision of direct services.

The Counsellor will act professionally at all times and be accountable to the client and the organization to ensure that intervention plans are developed and implemented according to professional judgment and knowledge.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- To offer early-risk marriage support eg minor and transnational couples, divorce support and family & marital counselling
- To offer group work and other interventions to families facing challenges; and
- To work with relevant partners to promote the welfare of the clients

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master in Counselling

**OTHER INFORMATION**

**Key Requirements**
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- People-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Preferably with proficiency in other local languages and dialects
- Committed, able to multi-task and can-do attitude
- Effective report writing skills
- Excellent team player
