The incumbent will handle admissions matters and support academic administration for the Asian Best Business Analytics Masters programme at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

**1. Admissions Administration**
- Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions statistics
- Prepare management reports on student admissions data and conduct analysis of admission trends to inform decision-making
- Regularly review and update admission systems to align with new policies and requirements

**2. Assistance to Academic Administration**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to academic operations, including course coordination and communication between faculty and students
- Assist with academic scheduling, manage course materials, and support the overall academic workflow

**3. Support and execute student events and activities for the MSBA programme**
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of events for MSBA students, including orientation sessions, networking events, and other student activities
- Coordinate logistics, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth event execution to enhance the student experience

**Qualifications**:

- Polytechnic Diploma Holder or University Degree holder
- Enjoy meeting people and organizing activities
- Mature and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
- Good business acumen and communication skills
- Meticulous with an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in tasks
- Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude, capable of working independently and taking initiative
- A good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Resourceful, able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with the ability to handle data processing
