About the job:
The Red Hat Asia Pacific (APAC) Partner Ecosystem Programs team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join us in Singapore to own and lead the OpenShift and Ansible Practice Builder Program designed for partners to embark on the Open Hybrid Cloud journey and offer innovative solutions to customers. In this role, you will develop and guide partner programs at scale through our partner ecosystem, strategizing with Partner Sales, Marketing, and Field Sales Representatives team to acquire, secure, and increase Red Hat OpenShift Container and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform business growth with partners. This highly strategic yet delivery orientated role working across multiple internal and external stakeholders, including OpenShift and Ansible Products teams, Field and Product Marketing, Partner Enablement, Operations, and Partner Incentives teams.

What you will do:

- Lead the OpenShift and Ansible Practice Builder program strategy across geographies, different partner types to optimize our investments and increase growth with partners
- Lead projects and initiatives that guide change impact in our partner ecosystem by managing analysis, insights, and recommendations to the field and partners
- Define, develop, and operationalize a set of strategic plays to increase incremental sales with partners for Red Hat OpenShift Container, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, and other Red Hat offerings
- Promote partner program success together with partner ecosystem management team by recruiting new partners, upskilling existing partners, and launching and fulfilling sales campaigns and overall business growth
- Work cross-functionally with Partner Ecosystems, Marketing, Product Management, Business Intelligence, Partners, and more to align cross-functional team efforts on program strategy and success
- Define and govern program KPIs like partner business plans, marketing activities, pipeline generation, opportunity creation, deal closure, and track performance against program KPIs
- Run day-to-day communications with key stakeholders like Partner Managers, Marketing, Operations, and Partners on program enhancements, performance, delivery, and market trends
- Work with partner managers to increase partner investments in Red Hat technologies, solutions, skills, marketing, and go-to-market activities
- Work closely with Marketing in developing marketing assets, campaigns sales plays, and manage asset consumption with partner community
- Work with the Partner Enablement team and promote partner upskilling through regular on-line and in person training sessions; asses partner readiness and develop, create, and introduce new learning tracks to partner sales, presales, and technical resources

What you will bring:

- Fluent in English with public speaking experience; fluency in other language is a plus
- Knowledge of program management principles to guide your strategy, resource allocation, and quarterly assessments
- Motivated, problem solver, with emotional intelligence for partners and understands their needs
- Team oriented and motivated by helping others as much as you are motivated about excelling in your individual role
- Prior experience working with different types of partner routes to market like original equipment manufacturers (OEM), solution providers, system integrators, and cloud partner
- Ability to make use of personal knowledge, processes, and solution selling strategies to increase fulfillment of revenue generating programs.
- Proven leadership skills with a record of influencing In-country, regional, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent knowledge of computer software, like Google Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Attention to detail, ability to follow up with diverse teams of people in the given countries, regions, and globally
- Excellence in developing collateral, manuals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Undergraduate degree with 7+ years of experience in partner sales, program management, or partner business development
