As we grow, we’re looking for a driven Social Media Strategist to join our team and lead client accounts with confidence and creativity.

**Position Overview**

As a Social Media Strategist, you’ll take charge of client accounts—owning the strategy, content planning, and campaign execution across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll serve as the bridge between the agency and the client, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance of all social media initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Account & Client Management
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients
- Build strong client relationships through regular updates and strategic discussions
- Understand each client’s business needs and translate them into social media goals and strategies
- Lead client meetings and performance reviews

**Content Strategy & Planning**
- Develop strategic, platform-specific content calendars based on client goals and audience insights
- Collaborate with creative team (designers, videographers, etc.) to bring content ideas to life
- Stay updated on trends, competitors, and platform algorithms to keep content fresh and effective

**Paid Advertising Campaigns**
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Manage audience targeting, budget pacing, and performance optimisation
- Provide clients with performance insights and actionable recommendations

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track key social media metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
- Prepare monthly reports with strategic insights for clients
- Use data to refine content and advertising strategies continuously

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media strategy or digital marketing, preferably agency-side
- Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads
- Excellent project and client management skills
- Strong copywriting and strategic thinking abilities
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple accounts concurrently
- **Knowledge of Xiaohongshu is an advantage**
