Contract: 10 months

**Salary**: $3000
Location: City Hall
Working hours: Mon-Fri (9.00am-6.30pm)

Job description:

- Help gather and organize information about the costs and different types of expenses for completed grant projects.
- Assist in creating videos and promotional materials related to the grants.
- Assist with data management by organizing and moving grant-related documents to an electronic storage system.
- Help maintain and improve databases and records related to grants.
- Provide back-end support to the Grants Team for various grant programs.
- Be prepared to take on any other additional tasks that may come up from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience and a background in Business or Arts Management/Administration, Arts, Design, History, or a combination of related training.
- Pays great attention to detail and has a positive attitude towards learning new things.
- Able to multi tasks at in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication, writing, project management, and time management skills are important for this role.
- Being able to work effectively as part of a team and independently is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with working with databases and electronic administration systems is required.
- Having experience with design software and video editing is a plus.
- Keen interest in arts, heritage, and culture.
- Flexibility is key, as the job may require occasional weekend and public holiday work.
