**About the Role**
- Prepare and review pre-tender cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for geotechnical projects.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the lifecycle, including variation management, claims, and risk assessments.
- Conduct contract administration for geotechnical works, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and project specifications.
- Liaise with design, engineering, and site teams to review quantities, validate cost plans, and optimize project expenditure.
- Identify, analyze, and manage commercial risks in geotechnical and foundation works.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders, clients, and consultants on project cost reporting and financial planning.
- Provide guidance on procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-5 years’ experience in roadwork, highway, or infrastructure projects (LTA project exposure preferred).
- Knowledge of road construction methods, traffic management, drainage, and utilities coordination.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and safety compliance.
- Knowledge of local authority submissions advantageous.
