**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee processes relating to onboarding of new staff and/or tenants, procurement of office supplies, and timely submission of claims/payments.
- Lead and oversee procurement of goods and services required for the site to operate seamlessly, in accordance to prevailing government regulations, NUH/NUHS policies and guidelines.
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to management of facilities, logistics and support for staff on-site.
- Review and work with stakeholders on space requests to ensure optimal allocation of space to support NUH's growth and development for the long-term.
- Analyse information and data to guide operational decision-making on-site as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-directed, resourceful, and self-motivated with an analytical mind and good problem-solving skills.
- Able to multi-task, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
