Roles and Responsibilities

Warehouse and Logistics
- Housekeeping & maintenance of equipment in warehouse
- Inbound Processing, Goods Receipt in SAP system
- Loading and unloading of goods
- Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders and invoices
- Receive and process warehouse stock products into warehouse & bin locations
- Outbound Processing which includes generating Delivery Order and Commercial Invoice in
SAP system
- Manage incoming receipt of raw materials and storage in designated areas
- Issue materials to Production as per Production Schedule
- Receive Finished Products from Manufacturing
- Maintain records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items
- Contact freight forwarder on delivery collection
- Assist to ensure proper accounting of the items
- Stock Count to ensure no variance of actual inventory vs. system inventory.
- Issue materials to Production as per Production Schedule
General Duties
- Any Other Duties or job rotation as required by Supply Chain Department and the
Management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Must be prepared to work in a start-up growth environment. Results oriented, with a high
level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
- Good verbal, interpersonal and team communication skills. Able to carry heavy things and work in cold room environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
