**What the role is**
- As a key contributor of the Knowledge Management (KM) and Registry team, you will be responsible to drive KM and records management efforts to support institutional knowledge sharing and retention within MCI through timely engagement and initiatives, advocating the importance of information and records management, reviewing and optimising tools/resources to ensure sustainable and strong KM culture in the Ministry.

**What you will be working on**
- Drive KM efforts (i.e., Oral History Interviews) to support institutional knowledge sharing and retention within MCI. - Lead and facilitate discussions with various stakeholders to elicit feedback to seek continuous improvement on MCI’s KM initiatives. - Identify ways to sustain KM efforts and be the catalyst to level up KM knowledge in MCI - Identify areas of collaboration and improvement with the KM community across the Whole of Government through learning journeys, cross-agency initiatives etc. - Review, recommend and take lead in change management for new/existing KM projects. - Working closely with the IT team to drive digital solutions to automate KM and Registry processes and procedures where possible. - Working closely with the IT team to oversee the design, development, rollout, and support of new and/or existing systems that support the KM and Registry function.

**What we are looking for**
- Background in Business Management, Knowledge Management, Data Resource Management or related fields. - 2 or more years of work experience in similar scope. - Good organisational skills and able to multi-task effectively with mínimal supervision. - Good content/information management and influencing skills with strong attention to details. - Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. - Strong affinity with technology and is interested in new technologies and the latest digital innovations would be preferred.
