**About Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) SEA&I**

As a premium direct to consumer distribution channel for Nike Inc, the digital commerce team is responsible for achieving traffic, conversion and sales targets and operates across key functions to ensure consumers in the 7 countries in South East Asia, India, and Taiwan are served with the best of Nike products and consumer experience.

The launch of the SNKRS brand in 2019 has enabled Nike to deliver the best and most coveted styles to Sneakerheads and Nike fans across Southeast Asia and India.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

The SNKRS/Launch Business Manager will bring to life the SNKRS and launch product assortment, delivering a digital shopping experience in a way that puts the consumer first while driving revenue, energy, and fairness. You will be immersed in the unique culture of limited-edition Sneakers with the ability to foresee future trends / popularity and a unique ability to empathize with these consumers will be the key to success.

By specifically focusing on Nike’s “high heat” footwear business you will develop, evangelize, and execute the strategy to continually deliver excitement to consumers seeking limited edition Nike products by constantly optimizing the consumer journey and experience to drive energy and fairness. You will also work closely with marketing and site operations teams to publish compelling content around the products and SNKRS brand consistent with Global and Territory NBHD strategies.

**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**

Manage SNKRS/Launch Business:_**
Partner with merch and planning teams to review assortment, optimize allocation and depth according to anticipated consumer demand.
- Partner with the analytics team to identify optimization opportunities on user experience, navigation and journey.
- Provide weekly and seasonal business reporting; what worked, didn't work and next steps as part of a regular hind sighting process.
- Weekly trading to react on business trends, provide recommendations to improve sales, margin and conversion rate by responding to consumer needs.

Lead Launch Execution:_**
- Sets and owns the digital run of show together with cross functional partners on creation of digital content and marketing plans from strategy to execution, integrating commerce and brand to deliver a solid core content offering.
- Drive cross-functional operational excellence of on-time delivery of content that is inspirational, enriching, insightful, and entertaining.
- Lead and oversee the joint operation of each high heat product launch in close partnership with the NDDC Operations team and assigned Tech Producer.
- Partner with local and global SNKRS team members to enhance consumer journey, any production support needed & localize the experience where applicable.

Drive Growth Strategy:_**
- Act as key member in the Nike NBHD offense to connect and engage the local “sneaker obsessed” community through a regular cadence of internal touchpoints that develops strategic projects around merchandising/business ideas, tactics, and consumer experiences.
- Act as the lead evangelist on the mission to increase our visionary/sneaker obsessed consumers through “fairness” by influencing and leading a cross functional team including the Global Technology teams and Global Launch Operations teams.
- Envision the overall growth of the Sneakerhead community in SEA&I countries and the role SNKRS plays to galvanize influencers, inspire consumers and power its growth.
- Lead and evangelize the SEA&I consumer to gain technical improvements such as special feature testing, call out system bugs and potential issues.
- Manage any agency engagement and relationships as needed.
**WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?**

You will work closely with teammates in Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Consumer Services, Ops/Experience and the NBHD offense to deliver a premium online and local community experiences to our consumers. This role will also have interactions with various counterparts across Southeast Asia and World Headquarters to provide the best possible launch experience to our passionate sneaker-heads consumers as fun, fast, fair experience.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a commercial capacity (digital preferred), demand & supply management, brand marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years’ experience analyzing and presenting web KPIs and business data.
- Logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills under high pressure situations.
- A strong affinity for limited edition Sneakers, experience/knowledge of the community in Southeast Asia—the ability to relate to Sneakerheads and grow the community.
