**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- **Order Management**: Accurately take customer orders, process payments, and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- **Product Knowledge**: Be familiar with our menu items to provide recommendations and upsell products when appropriate.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Ensure the service counter, dining area, and displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- **Food & Beverage Preparation**: Assist with simple food and beverage preparation, including serving baked goods, coffee, and other menu items.
- **Hygiene & Safety Compliance**: Follow food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Team Support**: Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth and efficient service, especially during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- **Singaporeans/PRs are preferred.**:

- Previous experience in F&B or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
