**Responsibilities**:
As a Director of Debt Financing - Asia with Hines, your will be lead and coordinate internal and external parties in sourcing, negotiating, and documenting debt financings across key markets in Asia. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead and coordinate internal and external parties in sourcing, negotiating and documenting debt financings across key markets in Asia.
- Lead or coordinate debt RFP and transaction process, including offering material preparation, pitching, structuring, pricing, syndication, documentation and closing.
- Coordinate ongoing monitoring, reporting, risk management, and lender relationship throughout the lifecycle of debt transactions.
- Collect and develop market intelligence in relation to prospective lender pool, debt market liquidity and pricing; and work with CIO organizing and disseminating quarterly debt market report for internal uses.
- Work with CIO to strategically source and nurture lending relationships across Asia.
- Develop and disseminate internally expertise in various debt products related to real estate investment, including subscription facilities, senior debt, construction debt, bridge and mezzanine loans, refinancing and recapitalization.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Five or more years professional experience in real estate debt sourcing and transaction for borrowers or lenders.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and financial accounting.
