Reporting to the Regional HR Director, APJ based in Singapore, this role will support a wide spectrum of HR duties across the APAC region focusing on onboarding and offboarding as well as payroll processing across the APAC region.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Own and manage the full cycle of monthly payroll processing for Singapore, Korea and Australia, including preparing and reconciling reports, statutory submission such as CPF, income tax, NS, childcare, maternity and paternity leave claims. This will involve working closely and coordinating with external payroll vendors and internal finance team
- Work with external and internal auditors to assist with payroll audits
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition team on employment contracts preparations upon obtaining necessary approvals
- Oversees on-boarding and off-boarding processes of employees in the region
- Conducts orientation program for all new hires and enroll new hires promptly into benefits' program
- Conducts exit interviews and facilitate off-boarding for employees
- Manage and ensure accuracies of employees' information in HRIS (workday)
- Preparation of certification letters requested by employees
- Supports renewal process for independent consultants
- Participates in MOM/government survey on headcounts and salary information
- Prepares weekly/monthly headcount and attrition reports
- Performs other duties or projects as assigned to support the APAC & Japan (APJ) region

**WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- At least 6 years of human resource management experience preferred with strong specialization in payroll and onboarding processes
- Experience in working with outsourced payroll providers
- Knowledge in Workday will be an advantage
- Analytical, meticulous, and numerically inclined
- Ability to stay focused, manage competing priorities, and multi-task a high volume of workload
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Team-player, positive attitude, and eager to do more and help out
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
